Zumbathon and Kaya's Birthday Party

We were fashionably late due to a Zumbathon!

and an eatathon!

What a place to go after 1.5 hours of Zumba... The training table.

Anyways we made it to Kaya's house just in time for all the fun. Sense the fun was coming with me that was easy. hahaaa Just kidding. I made my famous Mac n Cheese. I made it with rice milk and wheat flour. (What I had) It turned out! Apparently it was not good enough for Kevin so he had to add a little something....

As you can see by the shocked faces around him and the shame he had by covering it up it will never happen again. Thank goodness we were at Steffi's house so it was Organic Ketchup!

Sledding!

I think I had been dreading the thought of sledding all year long. I feel like every time we go sledding I freeze my arse off, the girls come home crying and can't feel their feet! Well this time we were smart. We kept them warm by making them do all the work. Dad and I stayed at the top of the hill with tea and had the girls went up and down and up and down.....

Papa got the girls a plastic snowboard and they loved trying it out. Cameron made it down the hill and was so excited. Emery was mad that she couldn't make it down. She was a really good sport about it.

It ended up being a perfect day. The weather was beautiful! We had no crying children at the end of the day!

NEW YEARS DAY 2011

What a great start to a new year! Friends, family and pets. We had our 'Keo' Christmas party on New Years Day because the Keo's decided to go south for the break! We are glad they went! They brought back a Yolanda! :) Cameron and Emery we able to see Ava! It had been way to long! We ate, opened presents napped.... Well, Leila Napped Kevin napped. When Lexy decided he was finished sleeping she crawled in bed with him and he surprised her... I think she liked it. Then Tola was jealous so he gave me kisses through my camera! We took some family pictures! Sochann with his love Luna and Christy with her baby Hamilton! Christy tried to give Papa some Chicken Protein. But he woke up! You know there is Chicken in everything, even pumpkin rolls! After we ate and napped and opened presents and ate more then napped a little more it was time for Ame and Kai to make dessert!
> This was an amazing evening. It ended with Emery doing Zumba! She loved it! Nonstop like a 40 minute workout. It was so funny! If you ever want to watch my kids make sure you have Wii Fit. (Zumba) It will keep her occupied for hours. I would love to see how long she would go.

When we got home Nina was waiting for us patiently! It was very cold so we put her coat on and Kevin took her for a walk.

Happy 2011!!!
I am going to try this blog thing out again. Shall we make bets on how long I keep it up? I love reading everyone elses blog. I think mine will be mostly photos. I will try and write, but you are not allowed to correct my spelling. Deal? I will start out with December 31st because we stayed up way to late. The party started at Cheleces house for her birthday. Kevin had a root canal so Papa, Cameron, Emery and I went. We were able to see Aunty Mindy and Amy. Mindy even put on a dance for us!

Chelece was dressed like a princess. Her mom said that she always dresses like a princess. She always looks classy!

We had to leave her party early because we had made plans to meet some friends at http://www.mykaraokecafe.com/ for New Years. I am so glad we went. It was our first time there and the kids had a blast. It was a perfect place to go with children for New Years Eve. The girls both were able to sing and loved it. Oma and Papa were visiting from Buffalo, NY so they came with us! They didn't sing on stage, but I caught Oma singing to the songs at our table. It was an excellent evening!

THE ZOO and Story time!

Way back in February we had a fun playdate with Isabella! We went to Barnes and Noble for storytime.

We did a little craft and went up to Hogle Zoo!

You can decided who had more fun....

Aunt Amy met up with us there and the girls beat her up again for moving far.

I caught Kevin kissing some girls...

That tired him out so he made Isabella give him a ride!

The girls got lazy. Its not summer so they are not use to the hike around the zoo.

I explained about our wonderful holiday Thanksgiving...
We went for a ride on the train, played with the gators painted with water and went home. That was our first time to the zoo in 2009!

Viva Las Vegas

February 13th 2009

We left the neighborhood around 430p to St. George and our dirty car read:

and the girls were so happy to be going on a road trip!

The drive was fun and long. We played the alphabet game and about half way to St. George we put a movie on for the girls. When we started getting delirious we started prank calling my parents.
We arrived at Grandma Kathys house around 9p and had yummy pizza. We all passed out easily.
Valentines Day
The next morning the girls woke up early. Had so much fun running around Grandma Kathys house.
We got the girls some Valentines presents.
We had forgotten to plan for breakfast. We had apples from the road trip so we cut them up and gave them to the girls for breakfast.

Then we went for a walk and the girls scootered.

Kevin's sister Amy came to visit us from Cedar City. We got on our Sunday Best and went to Walmart. While there they were playing Valentine games! I have never hear of that but hey WHATEVER... we played. AND WON!!!!

When we got back to grandma Kathys we let the girls kick the crap out of Aunt Amy for moving to Cedar City.

Kevin and I made a few dinners for Amy so she would gain some weight. You know the really healthy stuff like home made mac-n-cheese. Lots of pasta.... The good stuff. When she finally left we broke out the cake!

The next morning after breakfast...

Emery found a new friend!!!

A DEAD Cricket! She carried it with here in her pocket all morning. I am not sure what happened to it but soon it was missing! She was sad!

On the road again!

When we arrived in Las Vegas our first stop was the Flamingo Hotel.

The girls loved and could have stayed all day. Cameron saw a princess and insisted we get her picture!

then Emery had a stream of water coming out of her mouth....

We always new there was something odd about her.

Cameron found a bird she really liked and tried to make herself look like it.

We won another free cake. This time at the Flamingo!

Ok, so we didn't actually win it. Some man won it and gave it to us and we didn't even get sick!

We had alot of fun with the little things. We did everything possible that was free.

Then we did a little more!
We went on all the rides at Circus Circus.

This was the last photo I took on our trip. It was going past St George on the way home.
The return back to Salt Lake took what felt like 5 billion hours. But I think it was actual 8 hours. We got to stop at every rest stop to goto the bathroom!

This past week was LONG. I am not sure why it felt that way. I am pretty sure that it was the same as all weeks but this one felt longer....

Last Sunday we were doing a family hurry and clean day so we could relax. Cameron folded all the laundry and put it away! She is such a great helper!

Last month some time i signed up to help with the year book at DIA. So after talking with the other teachers i said i would bring my camera to school a few times a week and get photos for the yearbook. Last Wednesday was the first day I remembered to bring it and was I a hit. Cameron and Emery are so sick of me taking there pictures. But these kiddos at school love the camera.

(well Cameron doesn't mind while she is at school....)

Anyways, I was talking to a teacher about the yearbook and the Director or Principal heard that I was working on the yearbook. She was really happy. Then she asked me if I could get some pictures for her to take to the Capital for a big meeting regarding funding for the school. I thought that was really cool. Now the pictures are displayed in the front office. I am finally famous! haha
ANYWAYS.... she also told me that the 4th-6th Grade were going on a Field trip to the Capital if they could get enough parent volunteers. So I called Mr Kevin and he came THE NEXT DAY to the rescue. He brought our Camera for yearbook photos!

The next day at school all the teachers came up to me and let me know that he is the greatest! I was like dah, I know! haaa

This past Friday February 6th was the 100th day of school. So they had big parties at the school. I don't remember having parties for the 100th day while I as in school. But I don't remember much of school either. :)
Kevin came in to volunteer for the 100th day also. Then more teachers were coming up to me to tell me how wonderful he was... hahaaaaa
Apparently he was going from classroom to classroom taking photos for the yearbook. He is such a 'go getter' hahaaaa! Camerons class!

This past Saturday (feb 7th) we watched the elgan kiddos. We had fun. There are 3 of them and it was easier then most kids that i watch. They are so polite and easy going! It was fun having them over. First of all Parker 9 months old (i think) he just loved nina. he followed her around like he was her puppy.

then he tried to eat her dog food. Don't worry, I didn't let it happen.

Then there is Adrianne. She is sooooooo sweet! Well that's the side she shows us! :)

Then Erik... he is such a good big brother.

Cameron was a princess ballerina.

and Erik agreed to marry Emery!

It was such a fun night!

TODAY....... February 8th:
We had our last Christmas today. We finally gave Liam, Quinn and Kristy there presents. Liam was excited to open presents and Emery didn't like that we opened ours from them during Christmas. She didn't think it was fare.

After they opened there presents Kevin made us yummy pancakes!

This evening was date night.
Cameron really wanted to goto Kristys moms for dinner then a swim in her hot tub. I already had in my mind what we were going to do.
Her favorite restaurant in the world is Olive Garden. So we started driving in that direction. On the freeway i asked her what was this direction that she thought we might be going to. She said ikea, then we past the exit to ikea. so she guessed sunflower market. then she said well the mall is this way and the olive garden. I turned into the parking lot and she was so excited! She had a rootbeer and fettuccine alfredo. I ate the salad that came with it. it was so much fun to surprise her!

After we went to target to get her chap stick and then to see The Tale of Despereaux at the dollar show by our house. I think it could have been a good movie. But Cameron was not into it. I am glad i got twizzlers to snack on.

Kevin went on a date with miss emery grace. then they came to the movie. but we didn't sit together so it was still a date. Whenever we are at the movie theatre at the end of movies the girls go down and dance to the music of the credits. Well, that's when Cameron and Emery found out that they were at the same show! It was cute!

Tomorrow is Monday and this week better be quick... OR ELSE!

Welcome 2009

Now that I am employed I am not taking as many photo's.... yes I suck.

this is what i have so far....

January 1st 2009 we had dinner with Katherine Smith and her family. They are all so nice! Katherine made a wonderful meal! The kids had so much fun when it was time to leave they wanted to bring Grandma K home. Then Emery made her promise to come to her birthday party in March!

Its Christmas time again from Aunt Robin and Uncle Michael. The girls were so excited to open more presents!

Cameron had a project for school. She had to make a poster with pictures of her and her family. Her favorite book's toy's and really anything that she wanted she could put on there. When we started working on it Emery had to do one as well. It was funny, when we asked the girls there favorite book they couldn't pick 1. So these are the pictures we came up with.

December 10th - 31st 2008

The last time i wrote Oma and Papa were visiting. We had alot of fun when they were here and I am still recovering so THAT is why it has taken me so long to update this. Sorry to keep you waiting... I know how interesting i am.

While we had our little visit they did alot. Papa Helped out in Camerons Kindergarten Class by making up stories with pictures of a book. Some pages he just skipped all together. He defiantly made it more interesting!

Oma and Papa helped decorate our Christmas Tree. Cameron added a new addition this year. A picture of her and Papa from a few years back. You can see it if you look its close to the star. She loves her Papa.

We were so excited because Cameron and Emery had there dance recitals while Oma and Papa were in town. There dance school is so big they couldn't have all the recitals on the same day. Camerons was on Saturday, December 13th and Emerys was Monday, December 15th. Both rehearsals were Saturday. It was a LONG DAY! Well worth it, but long.

By 9a I had Cameron at her rehearsal. We went right home after and put her hair up in curlers.

Then it was Emerys rehearsal at 1p. So Papa and Cameron went to the Wagners so Christy could get Cameron and Ava ready for the bright lights of the big stage! With out Christy Cameron may have gone on the stage looking like a clown! I sent my camera with Papa to get some photos! This one is my favorite!

After Emery's rehearsal we went to see the progress at the Wagners and to attempt to help out. Of course Christy had everything under control!

The next day was Emerys Dance Recital. It was just as fun and exciting! Christy was sick so mom had to do the make up! She did a Wonderous job! (better then i could have done!)

After Papa gave Emery flowers and Cameron was so excited to tell her sister what a wonderful job she did.

Oma and Papa had to leave the next morning.

A few days later we went to meet SANTA CLAUS!

Kevin suprised santa with Pino Gregio and Sushi. Oh Yes Santa was VERY happy. So happy that he forgot to wrap some presents so Kevin and I could sleep in. I was very excited about that.......

Christmas Morning

First thing I heard was, "Sarah, SARAH.... they are up!' It had to be 630am. Kevin heard Emery going the the bathroom and felt the need to wake me up and Cameron. Kevin was so excited! I think more then the girls. It was so cute.
The girls asked Santa for VERY spacific things and well after pulling teeth the week before christmas they got exactly what they wanted!

They managed to open everything by the time we were suppose to be at Grandma Lynette's and Grandpa Deons for our annual breakfast burritos.

After everyone at way to much we opened more presents.

We came home and Nana, Uncle Jason and Uncle Shaun came to exchange more presents.

For Christmas Uncle Jason got our entire family tickets to the new Adam Sandler Movie 'Bedtime Stories'
it was great! I love Adam Sandler!

Oh yeah - one of there Christmas Presents was the Leapster it was from Cyrus and Mathias so we got them some games to go with it. They totally love to learn. Its so cute.

On New Years Eve Day We went to the Planetariuum with Grandma Lynette and Grandpa Deon. We saw Santa vrs the Snowman 3D.

After the movie they took us to Crown Burger. That was my last Diet Coke......

NEW YEARS EVE

We started out at the Discovery Gateway aka Childrens Museum. Kevin and the girls rode down on trax. I drove so it would be easier to get home at midnight! We made masks and noise makers.

We went to the Galavin Center and went Ice Skating

The girls did better then i thought they would. They had so much fun they are still talking about it.

We walked to the Leonardo for more festivites

it was so cold! When we got there they were advertising discounts to BODY WORLD EXHIBIT so we went through that. The kids found it really intresting. http://www.bodyworlds.com/en.html It was really long so half way through it Emery and I left to do Arts and Crafts and play with playdough in the lobby. My favorite part was the Nervous System. It was so cool to see.
Once Kevin and Cameron got out it was about 1000p. We had Santa Make us balloon art.

By that time we were all getting tired. We took Trax back to the Galavin Center and waited for the fireworks.

Where do I start...

On Saturday after breakfast Mom, dad, Cameron, Emery and met Ava, Hayden and Christy at Lake Shore to do arts and crafts. The kids made a penguin puppet.

After that Dad took the girls to the Aquarium. Unfortunately dad was also in charge of the photography so this is what he came home with....

you wouldn’t notice it from the photos but they had a great time. There favorite was the jelly fish.
After i took this so there would be a decent one of the day. haha

While they were exploring the aquarium mom and i went shopping for Xmas and b-days. It was fun.

Sunday was kevins birthday. So I got up at 7a and started breakfast. I made breakfast burritos. They were magically delicious. After Kevin was finished eating Cameron and Emery came in with some morning presents.

This past summer we had camerons 6th birthday party. Lots of fun, lots of cake and lots of people. here is a reminder....

But we new when the actual day came we would want to have a little celebration. So we had a joint party. Kevins actual birthday party and Camerons celebration of her actual birthday.

While mom and I got ready for the party celebration Kevin read stories to the girls and took Nina and Emery for a walk. We had chili, mac and cheese, camerons funfetti cake and Kevins cheese cake. Both Cameron and Kevin had fun. Kevin is so sick of regular cake so mom got him a cheese cake:

Most of the time the 'adults' hung out upstairs and ate cake:

I had no complaints! (like i'd care if i did)

Monday.. Kevin had off work so he went to Cameron's school to help out. In the morning mom, dad, emery and I hung out. It was a nice relaxing day. I wanted to nap but emery kept me reading to her. then i pawned her off on oma...

she was reading the new york times with oma and highlighting the letters in her name on the front page.....
in the afternoon papa and I took emery and lilli to the library where all they wanted to do was look at the movies. they finally picked out some books and we went to redbox to rent a movie. hahaa
when we got home we read some more....

it started snowing HUGE snow flakes. I tried to capture them coming down but all i got was blobs...

Kevin went on a movie date with todd for his birthday and now I am off to bed.... FINALLY!

tuesday morning was challenging. not only for me. Cameron did not want to get out of bed. the only reason she let me get her dressed was her hello kitty socks. but after a yummy french toast breakfast she is off to school. Sense we were out late last night i I let emery sleep in. she had dance at 930a and last week she went super tired and made everyone in the class miserable. i was miserable watching it.... I didn't watch it but Miss Meghan told me she was much better this week! Only 1 more class till the recital! here is a sneak peek!

I started making christmas ornaments today. i am excited to see how they look. i would add pictures of them but.... then if anyone actually looks at this that is getting one would see there christmas present early.

Emery went to preschool. When I picked up Cameron she told me that she and a boy Davin ran into each other she had a bloody nose and now has another loose tooth. One of the top middle. If she keeps this up we are going to have to feed her apple sauce till some of her teeth come in.
We picked Emery up at school and when we got home we started on homework. After dinner and homework was finished we went up to the store to exchange camerons princess dress. she loves her new one. but it managed to get a hole with in the first few minutes. I was considering taking that back. Getting a new one. But then i realized that i would be getting a new one every day and maybe the stores would get sick of me. oh well. she doesn't mind the whole so why should i. :)

Wednesday.....
the only thing i can recall about Wednesday is Cameron coming home from school with a love note from Brady. she was so gitty that i was thinking what can i do to this boy to get rid of him... hahaaa just kidding. she wanted to bring the note to dance class to show her teacher but left it in the car.

thursday....
cameron had a 1/2 day due to parent teacher conferences so she had her friend isabella come over and play. we made ornaments and snowmen.

then they went outside to play. we went to parent teacher conferences that night. and cameron is going very well so far. that night we went to sunflower market to do there arts and crafts project and it was suppose to be tuesday. i missed it. hahaa

Friday...
school was a 1/2 day like always on friday. this morning lilli took a huge nap and emery and i hung out. i did some cleaning and then christy came over with an egg nog latte. yummmmmmy.
around 3 we told the girls that i had to pick up a package at the airport. mom and dad were going to be there and we surprised the girls.
they were really surprised.

I CANT BELIEVE SHE IS SIX!

Cameron Pearl is so independent now that I cant imagine the trouble I am going to be in when she is in 4th grade. Much less 8th. UGH
We finished the cupcakes and decorated it with a huge Hello Kitty face on it like a big cake sheet. You will be surprised to hear that I failed to take a picture. In fact the only picture I took when at Cameron's school was:
Maxwell, a student in her class. HAHA Yes, there was to much to do. But she had fun! Miss Mindy gave her a necklace badge that said she was 6 today. That made her feel really special.
This morning when she got up she was miserable
until she remembered it was her happy birthday which didn't take long because after we sat on her bed and flashed her with my camera then sang happy birthday. I think that may have been a give-away..... So we started out the morning pretty normal except for the presents on the table and a Happy Birthday banner hanging above the door.
We had blueberry pancakes with strawberries on the side. Then we let her open presents. NEW SCHOOL CLOTHES! Tights and a pink shirt:
Then off to school. Lilli was with us today so Emery Lilli and I stayed at school to play and help till lunch. We went home to nap and have lunch and got back just in time to have the big celebration. It was so cute, they sang happy birthday in english and spanish!
Later that night Nana, Jason, Chelece, Emery, Kevin, Cameron and I went out for a birthday dinner at the Mayan Restaurant. Everyone had a great time.

We were all completely stuffed but we ordered dessert and sang happy birthday.

She was so excited to get another present!

When we got home it was way passed bed time bit we let her try on her new ballerina dress up!

She loves it but its really bad quality so tomorrow we get to take it back and get something she really wants! She is just as excited about that! We read our stories and both girls stayed in bed! Now its my turn!

Thanksgiving Day.....
(Nov 27, 2008)

We were all well rested and when i woke i made a batch of blueberry pancakes & eggs. Some stuck together so i made cyclops snowman pancakes. That was a Cameron Pearl request. While making the pancakes Cameron found the worlds biggest blueberry. It took over her face.
then on to the yummy breakfast.
The girls then made Kevin pretty.
Then for whatever reason Cameron got upset. I think she is sick of getting her pictures taken. Little does she know that the day is early for me and my special camera friend....
After breakfast we were all so full that i decided that we needed a 30 min. break and rest. So while i did that Kevin cleaned up the huge mess that cameron spilled all over the kitchen floor.
I tried to get some cute ones of Emery and i but that didn't work out. After i was out of the picture literally she kind of warmed up to the camera After the girls made there beds Kevin and i surprised them with some thanksgiving day dresses.
After my 30 min. rest I went back into the kitchen to finish up the cake i started the day before. This cake is turning out to be a pain! But I had high hopes for the best cake in the world. (keep in mind when i finished the baking part the day before i was on my 3rd hour of making this cake.) So the ingredients called for mixing the egg whites and sugar in a double boiler. I read it to mix egg whites, sugar and butter. So i thought i was going to have to start all over. Kevin and Emery came to the rescue. while cameron continued decorating for the holiday!
So all together the cake took 6 hours!!!!! but it was so worth it! ,
We were having Thanksgiving with the Keo's. They said to be there by 4p and we actually made it there on time. AMAZING! I did arts and crafts with all the kids while everyone finished the feast! When it was time to eat; kevin made a Tola sized plate for himself. But when Emery saw the turkey leg she swiped it and really went to town. I guess she is not exactly like me... hahaa After the kiddos played for a bit and Akython beat Ryu with the paper towel holder Sochann put the Polar Express on for everyone.
Leila fell asleep.
That night i slept at the Keo's so I could go to Walmart for Black Friday at 2a and stalk the $88 jeep. So Lexie, Leila, Ame and I hung out at Walmart from 230-7a and it was crazy!

November 28th

Friday morning we invited our family over for breakfast. Nana, Jason, Grandma Lynette, Amy and Mindy were able to make it. I still hadn't slept so I was on a no sleep high acting all crazy. Kevin made breakfast while I entertained. HAHAHA
I took some cute pictures of Amy and Mindy (kevin's little sisters)
finally Mindy looked normal..... hahaa

After I napped for a bit we went to dinner at the Tuckers. Cameron wanted to have a play date with a little girl from her school (Isabella). So Kevin and her dad Scott made arrangements so we could meet and check each other out. We had allot of fun with them. We had fish tacos and our yummy cake. The kids all played really good together. Scott and Gloria are caring for there neighbors chickens so after dinner he took us over there so feed them and collect the eggs

That night uncle jason slept over so he could help kevin bring wood up to out land in Wyoming.

November 29th

In the morning we had french toast.
Right after breakfast Emery and I went to Erik Elgans 5th birthday party. Cameron went with the boys to Wyoming. We had fun at the birthday party. They played bingo, pin the flag on the board thing, pop balloon race and ate yummy puck cakes.

After the party Emery and I went to Lakeshore learning center for the Saturday craft. Making a family tree. I was more into it then Emery. After we went and played at the Wagners house. Came home by 430p and Nana took Emery out shopping for Xmas. They had lots of fun!. They got back home around the same time as Cameron and the boys. I made cafe rio burrito and salads for everyone. Cameron and Emery kept telling secrets to everyone.

Cameron played dead. The girls passed out fast and Kevin and I watched a movie.

November 30th

Sunday morning I had to run to the store and get paper cupcake holders. Kevin took Emery to help at Nana's and Cameron and I made 2 batch's of cupcakes for her birthday tomorrow! We had fun!
I cant believe I have a 6 yr old!
When Emery, Nina and Kevin got home we went downtown to Memory Grove take Christmas pictures of the Keo family. We got some fun ones of the kids

By the time we got home we were all super tired. But the night was still young for Kevin and I. The Chocolate cupcakes i made... Nina ate all but 4 of them. UGH!! I guess I left them to close to the edge of the counter. I was so irritated! But we got to stay up to make another batch and frost them...!!! BLAHHHH

he is alive. but is most comfortable on his back.... the pet store told kevin that it might be gas and we should massage his belly. hahaaa i cant think of how weird that would be. 'sorry i can't drive you to the store, i have to massage my fish's belly.' speaking of gas this morning at 1201a i made a yummy stir fry with lots of tofu and curry for kevin and i. it was delicious.

this morning i made the girls a yummy fruit plate breakfast. that is camerons favorite. this past summer she would get up before me and try and peel a mango to make emery and i breakfast. by the time i would get into the kitchen she would have mango all down the cupboards and on the floor. on our plates she would have smashed mango. of course i would eat it but always wondered about it. she is a lover of fruit!

After breakfast I let the girls watch home videos of them from 2005. They were such cuties! They were laughing so hard at the videos. Cameron kept saying to Emery, 'awwwww your so cute emmy' I walked away to answer the phone and then emery started yelling for me that she NEEDED me. When I came in she asked me were her green dress was and that she loved it. I told her that she grew out of it. She said WHY???? It was so cute.

Jen, Erik, Adrianne and Parker came over for a surprise visit. Erik brought the girls an invitation to his birthday party this Saturday. We had a good visit. The kiddos ate more fruit and then they were off to wherever land.

Cameron had to lift some weights. I told her not to add to many grapes or she would be soar tomorrow. She never listens.

The girls and I went to fight the crowds are walmart. We needed some last minute essentials for Thanksgiving. When we got home Emery gave herself a nap. Cameron helped me in the kitchen make cranberry preserves.

I made dessert for tomorrow... I found the best cake recipe in the newest sunset magazine. it took me forever to make it. I haven't actually had a piece but the crumbs that 'fell off' were tasty!

This morning started out, that's all i can say. Emery got up at 620a with me (with a fever) took a nap for about 10 min around 7a. When Cameron got up she was complaining about a soar tummy. Followed by puke. It was lovely! At 9a it was time to get ready for Emerys dance class. That went so unwell. I felt horrible for her teacher Miss Megan. All the kids were sleepy because 1 said they were. Only 2 classes till the recital. (Ever notice how Recital looks allot like rectal.) hahaaa just noticed that. Anyways, on the way home from dance Emery fell asleep. Sense Cameron stayed home I told her she needed to nap as well. So they are both sleeping like sickos! Crazy kids!

and then there was lilli! Because Cameron and Emery were napping she wanted to. Or at least play nap. It was cute. She can pretend snore. We had fun!

Its 215p. Emery missed preschool today. I must say its a lazy day at the Mayhews! I secretly like that they are so needy. Both girls like to cuddle so much when they are feeling sick. Cameron is still laying in bed but i can tell she is feeling much better. She had a half of an icy pop and i think i will try apple sauce. Emery is enjoying time alone with Hello Kitty on the box. Lilli is napping. The day is turning out much better. :)

Tonight we went to the library to rent a movie. Emery picked out Dora's Mermaid movie. Cameron picked out Elosie's Christmas and I picked Enchanted. After we went to Sunflower Markets for Arts and Crafts! They made pumpkin table decorations. had yummy pizza and made pasta necklaces! We had allot of fun.

This is there finished product! It is toilet paper for the inside!

Sense the girls both had 4-6 hour naps today and tomorrow there is no school when we got home we put a movie on for them. It doesn't look like Emery is happy but she is. That's her look when mom gets in her face with a huge flash in a dark room in the middle of a movie. Cameron is starting to feel better.

Now that will change when its actually bed time. hahaaa

While the girls are relaxing and watching the movie. Of course Kevin doesn't relax. He is upstairs making the bottom of the top bunk fun.

I am suppose to be helping but this is more fun. hahaaaa

From what I can tell this is like a public diary. So assuming anyone reads this I should not bitch or complain about them, right? Where do I start. Today, last week.... when i had my kids? I think i will start with this past weekend because Jen Elgan did such a good job with her little blog.

I will start with my 32nd birthday. It was this past Saturday. (November 22, 2008) What a great day for a birthday. We had mush for breakfast. ( I wasn't really that hungry, not because it was mush. ) During my morning coffee while the rest of the gang ate. First Emery brought me in a present a box of orbits gum. yum! Then a nice bottle of Pino Grigio wine from Cameron, Then I got a 360 degree spill proof coffee thermos. Super cool. But as i found out while we were practicing Emerys dance it will spill all over the living room floor it you dont close it. ooops!

I got a dozen BEAUTIFUL roses from my parents as we were leaving to droped the girls at the Elgans and headed up to Park City. Kevin took me ice skating. We had so much fun. I fell once and i can still feel it. We walked around the historic main street and ended up starving at squatters. A good place to go if you are hungry and thursty!!! Got back to pick up the kids just in time (10p curfew). They had a blast. Jen is amazing. She had 4 toddlers plus an infant and they managed to brade there hair, do there nails (super pink sparkles), make spud cars and race them, make cookies and clean up a bloody lip that Cameron gave to Erik. Thats all i can remember and I am sure there was alot more!

Sunday morning Eirelyn came over to play. That was alot of fun for me. I got out the kids paint and a huge roll of paper and we decorated some of our Christmas paper.

Cameron and I played with the paints for a few hours. Emery & Eirelyn

painted for about 45min and decided to move on with the day. Cameron and I had so much fun. Kevin learned his A B C's by osmosis.

After we cleaned up, had lunch and Eirelyn went home we met Miss Mindy (Cameron's teacher) at Memorie Grove. She was having me do her engagement photos. Then we took some family self timer photos. We had fun. The girls had a blast with the silly pictures.

Then... off to Keos for a fabulous birthday dinner. We had alfredo and broccoli sauce a wonderous salad and a delicous cake.

We had a fun night and a great weekend!
